Hi, I'm Rachel - midwife, hypnobirthing and antenatal teacher and mum of two little ones. I've spent my midwifery career so far in two busy, diverse London hospitals looking after women from all walks of life, from those with straight forward pregnancies to women and babies with more complex, special circumstances. I strongly believe that knowledge is power when it comes to maternity and I'm all about giving women the tools to be confident and empowered throughout their pregnancy, labour and birth.
